At Residence Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging with all included hardware and documentation to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
