The Circa Lucis was designed as a suspended architectural form, an oval frame of solid brass enclosing a column of ribbed glass, hanging in quiet balance from sculptural chain links.

The elongated oval brass frame surrounds the vertical glass cylinder with deliberate symmetry. 

The pendant hangs from elongated brass chain links — exposed by design. The hardware is not hidden; it is part of the composition. Each link carries visual weight, creating a vertical rhythm above the glass cylinder.

Inside the frame, the ribbed glass diffuser softens the light into vertical striations. The fluted texture breaks illumination into subtle layers, creating depth rather than glare.
